1. Stock air box, maf, bridge, coupling, and throttle body |
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. Loosen worm clamp around coupling and remove from throttle body. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Lift air brige from gromets (both sides) by gently pulling up on bridge. Do not pull up on wiring. |
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Remove sensors (look for clip, lift and withdraw). Small plug sensor on right pulls straight out. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
5. Remove MAF wiring harness. Clip faces front of car, lift with flat head screwdriver and withdraw. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
6. Locate PCV tube and serrated tooth clamp (gray). Insert flat head screwdriver between teeth and twist. Pull back. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

8. Push stock air box forward to loosen from locating grommets. Grommets may come with air box (save) |

16. Reassemble maf, airbridge, and coupling to Blackwing. Hand tighten worm clamp. Press Backwing and air bridge onto locating grommets. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
17. Attach MAF wiring harness, sensor harness, and sensor plug. Also, attach PCV hose, clamp, and elbow grommet from stock unit. Finished! |
